This is possible thanks to the Tellie Family app and the Tellie platform.With the app you can:Share media• send media and greeting cards• digital photo album management (each family member can manage up to 20 photos in their digital photo album. Thus, the user has up to 100 photos available)Video calling• video calling between residents and their families (* with hardware)• video calling between care staff and residents (* if hardware)How does it work?Ask the WZC or hospital where your family is staying to purchase the Tellie platform. When this has been done and the necessary Tellie Family license has been purchased, you can pass on your email address to the WZC.They then add the email address to the Tellie platform and install the camera (hardware) needed on the TV screen in the residents / patients room.Once this is done, you can download the app.After installation, you can contact the resident in the WZC.HelpQuestions?
